Pour accompagner nos clients, et les conseiller sur tous les plans informatiques, nous proposons un service dédié à l’infrastructure.
Concernant notre serveur hébergé, le Datacenter est basé à Saint-Denis pour héberger les clients Exto. De plus le matériel informatique provient de notre partenaire Terra Computer (pc portable, pc fixe, serveur physique, écran, etc.) et catalogue HP. Bien sûr tout est sous protection d’antivirus et d’antispam.

Serveur hébergé à Saint-Denis pour les clients Exto, avec avantages tels que sécurité/incendie 24/24, climatisation redondante, maintenance par nos équipes, sauvegarde externalisée, et hotline technique du lundi au vendredi.

Matériel informatique

Matériel informatique de qualité avec notre partenariat Terra Computer et HP, assurant une préparation en atelier, un transfert de données sur demande, ainsi qu’un contrôle complet avant la livraison et l’installation chez nos clients.
